The problem isn't finding art. The internet has infinite options.

It's finding work made by someone who waited — in bitter cold, pouring rain, at o'dark thirty — for the real moment, in real light, in a real place.

Nothing worth collecting comes easy.

Sherry Keene, fine art photographer

I'm a chaos goblin with a camera and a plan.

Usually, the plan flies out the window on the autobahn.

Wrong turns. Bad weather. Missed exits. One memorable trip, the GPS quit talking and I ended up circling the same three Italian toll booths half a dozen times. I keep going because the right frame is rarely waiting somewhere convenient. I'm not after easy. I'm after the image that earns its place and keeps giving something back.

Meet the Artist

AI can generate a thousand versions of Venice. None of them will make your grandchildren fight over who gets the work.
