Refund & Returns Policy

All artworks are made to order specifically for each collector. Therefore, all sales are final, except where the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, the full artwork, and close-up images of the issue.
Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.
Our standard remedy is replacement. We will reprint and replace the piece if it arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Returns and refunds
Any return must be pre-approved in writing.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We do not provide return labels and do not reimburse return shipping costs.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Refunds are not offered for made-to-order artwork except where required by law.

Not eligible for return
Buyer’s remorse or preference changes, including size, finish, or framing selections.
Normal screen-to-print variation in brightness, tone, or color.
Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
Certificates of Authenticity and custom framing.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. After production begins, the order is final.

Lost shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace the piece once the carrier claim is approved.

International and statutory rights
Our artworks are made to customer specifications and are clearly personalized, including editioning and certificates of authenticity. For EU and UK distance sales, the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply to such goods where local law provides an exemption. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
