Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Items purchased with a deposit or partial-payment option may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun. After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable. Orders requiring a remaining balance or freight invoice will not proceed until paid in full. If the balance is not paid within 7 days of invoice, the order may be canceled and any non-refundable deposit retained. Custom, made-to-order, oversized, and bespoke items are final sale once production begins. Damaged or defective orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
