1) Who we are

Keene Fine Art (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells made-to-order fine art prints via this website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

2) Made-to-order artworks

All artworks are produced to order. Minor differences between on-screen color/brightness and the final print are normal across displays.

3) Orders & cancellations

Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we charge your payment method. Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours; after production begins, orders are final.

4) Pricing, taxes & duties

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice before purchase. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, customs, and import fees.

5) Shipping & risk of loss

Delivery times are estimates. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays or customs holds. Title and risk pass to you when we hand off to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy

6) Returns & refunds

All sales are final except for damage in transit or manufacturing defects. Remedies follow our Refund & Returns Policy. Refunds, if ever approved, require written pre-approval and return in original packaging; buyer pays return shipping.

7) Intellectual property

All images, text, and designs on the Site are our protected intellectual property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written consent.

8) Reviews & submissions

If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use them in connection with the Site and our marketing. Don’t post anything unlawful or infringing.

9) Prohibited uses

Don’t misuse the Site (unlawful activity, scraping, attempts to breach security, spam, etc.). We may suspend access for violations.

10) Disclaimers; limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

11) Third-party services

The Site is hosted by Shopify; payments and logistics may involve third parties. They are not responsible for your contract with us.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the state or federal courts located in USA, Florida

13) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
